For Partners

This page is for institutions that serve older Americans on a daily basis: state Attorneys General offices, Area Agencies on Aging, public libraries, community banks and credit unions, veteran service organizations, faith communities, senior centers, geriatric care managers, and elder-law attorneys. Below are free, ready-to-use materials you can distribute in your community — no permission required, no contract to sign, no commercial strings.

All materials are released under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC-BY 4.0). Take what you need, adapt it for your audience, add your logo where appropriate.

For a co-branded version with your organization’s logo, or a customized variant for your state, region, or community, email [email protected] and we will turn it around within a few business days.

3. What we can co-brand or customize for you

If you need a tailored version of any material — different language, your organization’s logo, state-specific reporting channels added, condensed format, expanded format — we will produce it at no cost for qualifying partners (libraries, AAAs, community nonprofits, state/local government). Typical turnaround: 3-5 business days.

Examples we have produced or can produce:

  • State AG fact sheet with the AG office’s contact and seal added
  • AAA workshop slide deck with the local AAA’s branding
  • Bank teller training material with the credit union’s logo
  • Library digital literacy curriculum branded for your library system

To request: email [email protected] with your organization’s name and role, the asset you’d like customized, logo/contact details to add, any specific adjustments needed, and your distribution context.

4. What we’re happy to build — on request

Email [email protected] if you need:

  • A workshop package for senior-fraud awareness (60-minute slide deck + facilitator guide + handout + completion certificate)
  • A bank teller “Branch Fraud Defense Pack” (red-flag wallet card + customer decision tree + lobby poster)
  • A monthly “Veteran Scam Alert” newsletter you can redistribute to your VSO members
  • A library digital-literacy curriculum with embeddable training modules
  • An “elder fraud talking points” brief for state legislative offices
  • Data extracts beyond what’s on the For Researchers page

We build these as partners request them. The first requester often gets the package faster and with priority customization.
